It's been almost a year since Alexandra (Adela Popescu) and Andrei (Dan Bordeianu) last saw each other. He fulfilled his dream and became a famous actor, she became, since taking over Grigore Varlam's company, a recognized businesswoman and threw herself desperately into work to forget and leave everything behind. Mihai (Lucian Viziru) is expecting a child with Maia (Nicole Gheorghiu) and, head over heels in love with his wife, is far too preoccupied with his family to help Alexandra. As a result, she has hired an assistant at the company, Gabriel Duma (Alexandru Papadopol), a man always ready to help her. She doesn't notice that he makes advances towards her and treats him as a friend and colleague. Andrei reappears in Alexandra's life one evening, when the birthday of Nicole (Mihaela Barlutiu) is celebrated at Varlam's villa, who has a little girl, Noemi. Sonia (Nicoleta Luciu) is also present at the party, who, as usual, on such occasions, captures everyone's attention. Simona (Carmen Tanase) is bored and resigned to the life of a "nanny" she leads, without forgetting for a moment her husband, Grigore Varlam (Bebe Cotimanis) who died in a plane crash while trying to escape with his mistress and accomplice, Amalia (Elvira Deatcu). The situation becomes complicated when Simona begins to believe that she is hallucinating and seeing Grigore's ghost. Meanwhile, the company is preparing to sign an important contract with a very rich sheik. Because Arabs do not do business with unmarried women, Alexandra is desperate to find a solution to this problem. Mihai offers her the simplest one: because he is an actor, Andrei can play the role of the husband. Gabriel is not very happy with the idea, as he really wants Alexandra to choose him to become her wife both in front of the sheik and forever. Because she is a professional and because she has more trust in Andrei, she will choose him to play the role of the husband in front of the sheik. Will Andrei face this new challenge and will he be able to make Alexandra forget the past in order to be together again? Will their love be able to overcome the obstacles they will encounter this time?
